Jalal Luqman is one of the UAE’s most accomplished artists who is known for his mixed media work, installations and sculptures, and for being the Gulf region’s first digital artist. With a pioneering career spanning more than three decades, his work has been exhibited in New York, Tokyo, Kuwaiti City, Cairo and Dubai. Luqman is also an advocate for the development and promotion of artists and the art scene in the UAE.

Sumayyah Alsuwaidi is multi-award-winning Emirati curator and artist that is known for her digital art and active role in developing the UAE’s art scene further. She has exhibited her work globally, including in the USA, France, Germany, Switzerland, China and UAE.

Her work was also auctioned by Christie’s in 2012 as part of The Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish Art Part II Exhibition and exhibited at Sotheby’s Galleries in London as part of The Three Generations Exhibition in 2013.

Ishaq Madan is a young Bahraini photographer whose work explores Bahraini culture and youth. Madan has exhibited his work in Bahrain and the UAE. In 2022, Madan’s Shabab Al Mustaqbal was selected by MoMa New York’s Photo Club and displayed in New York City.

Mohammed Al Attar is a multidisciplinary Omani artist who is known for his digital art. Born in 1991, the emerging artist’s work tackles themes such as toxic masculinity, self-love and self-acceptance. Alattar has exhibited his work in Oman.

Maitha Hamdan is a multidisciplinary artist from the UAE who is known for her installations and performance pieces. Hamdan’s work explores themes of womanhood and society and is often textile based. It has been exhibited in the UAE and USA. Hamdan is a graduate of the UAE’s Salama Emerging Artists Fellowship Program 2019, and is a recipient of the Cultural Foundation Art Residency 2021.
